  • Orders to all international destinations ship free above approximately 200 USD (Rest of the World) or 150 GBP (UK).

  • All items produced at Artful House are hand crafted, limited edition pieces.Slight variations in colour, weave, print and pattern are a part of the nature of the crafts we support. These are not considered as defects. If for some reason the item does not work for you email us at info@artful-house.com within 7 days of receiving your item stating your order number and we will provide you with an address to ship your items to.

  • The item has to be shipped back with its original packaging. Upon receipt the item will be checked and a store credit will be issued. We highly recommend using a tracking service as we can only process a credit once we receive the product back

  • Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
  • All Exchanges are final.

  • Home Décor Sale Items are final and can not be returned.
  • Returned Items have to reach us normally within 10 days from receipt of your original order for Singapore purchases or 30 days for orders outside of Singapore. We may not be able to process store credits if items are received outside this period
