Return Policy for Online Sales (Apparel)

  • Exchanges for Apparel are accepted on online sales of Apparel within ten days of receipt of items. No exchanges are permitted for in store purchases. Postage for exchanges is to be paid by the customer.

  • Exchanges are only accepted if items are in original conditions with tags intact

  • All Exchanges are final

  • Returns on Apparel are accepted only on Defective items. We work with artisanal fabrics and print and weaving irregularities are a nature of the crafts undertaken to make our products. These are not considered as defects

  • Sale Items are Final and can not be returned or exchanged

Return Policy for Online Sales (Home Décor, Furniture and Accessories only)

  • We accept returns on online sales of Home Décor and Accessories within ten days of receipt of items. Online furniture purchases are not eligible for returns.

  • Only regular priced home décor items items purchased online may be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.

  • In store home décor and accessories purchases are not eligible for return

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to: Artful House, 315 Outram Road, #08-04, S(169074).If you are doing grab delivery please note we are closed on all Mondays and Tuesdays. Our normal operating hours are Wednesday-Sunday 10.30-6.00

  • We strongly recommend using a tracking service for your returned items as we can only process a refund once we receive the item in good condition.

Refund Policy

  • To obtain a refund the returned home decor item should be packaged properly and free from any damages. Original packaging and labels and price tags should be retained.

  • Returns are only allowed for online purchase of regular priced home accessories and décor items.

  • Returns for online purchase of Apparel is not allowed but exchanges are possible. Please read our Return Policy for Online Sales (Apparel)

  • Please email info@artful-house.com with original receipt details and send a copy of your receipt with returned item.

  • All items are checked upon receipt. Once your refund is approved or not you will receive an email indicating the decision of the store.
    Sale items are not eligible for returns.

  • All furniture sales are final and no refunds are allowed
    In store purchases are not eligible for return or refund.

Delivery Charges

Local shipment in Singapore is free for orders above SGD150. For orders below SGD150, a SGD15 delivery charge applies.

Enjoy Flat Rate of approximately 25 USD to all international locations outside Singapore.

In case of furniture if the item has to be carried up stairs additional charges might apply.

Defective Items

  • Artful House works with artisanal products, crafted through hand finished processes. Any indentations, non-uniformities, colour variations and fillings are part of the nature of our product. No exchanges/ returns on this basis is accepted as this is not a defect but a part of the nature of the product.

  • While every attempt is made to photograph the pieces true to colour, on-screen colour can look slightly different from in-person colour and we do not accept returns on this basis.

  • In the rare case you receive a broken or damaged item. Please email us with pictures within 5 days of receipt of your items. Upon approval we will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is not possible a refund is arranged. We reserve the right to determine the course of action.
