How do I request a return?

Simply email us at info@artful-house.com within 7 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number. We'll provide you with return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.

Refunds & Store Credit

We offer refunds or store credit on eligible returns, whichever you prefer.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund or store credit accordingly.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as returns can only be processed once the items have reached us.
  • Singapore: Returned items should reach us within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • International: Returned items should reach us within 30 days of receiving your order.
