• Local shipment in Singapore is free for orders above SGD150. For orders below SGD150, a SGD 7 delivery charge applies.

• Orders above 1000 HKD enjoy free shipping to Hong Kong. For orders below flat rate fee of 195 HKD applies

• Orders to all international destinations ship free above approximately 200 USD (Rest of the World) or 300 AUD for Australia or 150 GBP (UK).

• Enjoy Flat Rate of approximately 25 USD to all international locations outside Singapore for orders below 200 USD

• Expect most orders to be delivered within 3-5 business days locally in Singapore or 5-10 business days for most locations internationally.

• Processing times may vary during Sale Periods

• Business Days exclude Sundays and other Public Holidays in Singapore and/or Country of Receipt of Order.

Returns Policy for Online Sales

• All items produced at Artful House are hand crafted, limited edition pieces.Slight variations in colour, weave, print and pattern are a part of the nature of the crafts we support. These are not considered as defects. If for some reason the item does not work for you email us at info@artful-house.com within 7 days of receiving your item stating your order number and we will provide you with an address to ship your items to.

• The item has to be shipped back with its original packaging. Upon receipt the item will be checked and a store credit will be issued. We highly recommend using a tracking service as we can only process a credit once we receive the product back

• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer
  
• All Exchanges are final.

• Home Décor Sale Items are final and can not be returned.
  
• Returned Items have to reach us normally within 10 days from receipt of your original order for Singapore purchases or 30 days for orders outside of Singapore. We may not be able to process store credits if items are received outside this period
