Azure Blue - Blue City of Jodhpur
Who hasn’t heard of the blue city of Jodhpur where certain houses are painted a characteristic blue. Our Azure Midi captures this brilliant colour beautifully. We’ve used this fabric in our Frangipani Slip Dress with tie up tassels. Available in two sizes S/M and L/XL this dress is equally at home as resort wear, a casual dress to wear by the pool side or on beaches and at barbeques. Feel like taking a stroll don this dress and walk about town.
Pink City- Jaipur Pink
Jaipur Pink is even more special as our Indian prints are made in the Pink City of Jaipur. Why pink city you may ask? The answer is linked to the late 19th century when British Royalty visited Jaipur the monarch of Jaipur had the whole city painted in pink to welcome the royals. Pink is symbolically associated with hospitality in Rajasthan. Since that fated vist in the 19th century more buildings have been added all over the city in terracotta pink as mandated by the kings.
Our favorite silhouette in the pink city colour palette is the Indian floral print Lily mini. The Lily mini dress is a fun, easy to wear dress and we are sure it’s going to give a nice spring to your step.
Udaipur City Palace- Aqua
